These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the QwikStories website (www.qwikstories.com), the QwikStories mobile application (Android & iOS), and any related services offered by us. By accessing, browsing, downloading, or using Qwik Stories, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Definitions
“Platform” refers to the QwikStories website and mobile app.
“Company”, “We”, “Us” refers to Qwikverse Technologies Private Limited.
“User”, “You” refers to anyone using the platform, including:
Clients/Customers (who book services)
Creators (photographers, videographers, reel makers, performers, speakers, artists, etc.)
“Services” refers to booking, creator discovery, payments, content delivery, communication tools, and related features.
2. Eligibility
To use QwikStories, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Be capable of entering into a legally binding contract
Provide accurate information
Use the platform in compliance with Indian laws
Creators may be required to complete KYC verification before accepting bookings.
3. Account Creation
To access most services, you must create an account using:
Phone number
Login OTP
Any other method enabled by Qwik Stories
You agree to:
Provide accurate and updated information
Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
Accept responsibility for activities under your account
If we suspect misuse, fraud, or violation of terms, we may suspend or terminate accounts.
4. Platform Role & Disclaimer
Qwik Stories acts as a neutral booking platform. We:
Connect creators with clients
Facilitate communication
Manage payments
Provide content delivery support
Offer ratings and reviews
We do not employ creators
Creators act as independent service providers
The company is not responsible for:
The performance, conduct, delays, or actions of creators
Client behavior, cancellations, or event-related issues
Quality or authenticity of services delivered
Any offline interactions between users
5. Booking & Service Terms
5.1 For Clients
When you book a creator:
You agree to the mentioned pricing
You agree to provide accurate event details
You must ensure access and security for the creator at the venue
Additional requirements must be communicated clearly in advance
5.2 For Creators
When accepting a booking:
You must reach the venue on time
Provide the service as described
Deliver the content as per timelines
Maintain professional conduct
Uphold safety and privacy standards
Creators cannot demand payments outside the platform for platform-based bookings.
6. Payments & Payouts
6.1 Client Payments
Payments must be made through approved payment methods within the app.
6.2 Creator Payouts
Creators receive payouts:
After completing the event
After uploading the required content
After client confirmation (or auto-approval within a set timeframe)
QwikStories may deduct platform fees, taxes (as applicable), and charges.
6.3 Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds follow platform policies based on:
Client cancellation timelines
Creator no-shows
Event changes
Refund decisions made by Qwik Stories are final.
7. Content Delivery
Clients understand that:
Delivery timelines vary by service
QwikStories promotes fast delivery but does not enforce unrealistic timeframes
Creators own the original footage unless otherwise stated (subject to platform terms)
Creators must not upload:
Copyright-infringing content
Explicit, harmful, or restricted media
Content violating privacy of guests without consent
8. User Responsibilities
All users must not:
Misuse the platform
Engage in abusive or illegal behavior
Post fake reviews
Circumvent the platform for direct bookings
Upload viruses or harmful code
Harass creators, clients, or QwikStories personnel
9. Reviews & Ratings
Clients may review creators after an event. The platform may remove reviews that are:
Abusive
Fraudulent
Misleading
Irrelevant
Creators cannot demand removal of valid reviews
10. KYC & Verification
Creators may be required to complete:
PAN verification
Aadhaar-based verification
Bank verification
We reserve the right to decline or suspend creators failing KYC checks.
11. Intellectual Property
The QwikStories logo, brand name, UI/UX, and proprietary features belong to the company.
Users cannot copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute platform assets.
Creators retain rights to their original content but grant QwikStories limited usage rights for promotional purposes (if permitted).
12. Limitation of Liability
QwikStories is not liable for:
Losses caused by creator-client interactions
Event disruptions, safety issues, delays, or miscommunication
Financial disputes between creators and clients
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
Violate terms
Abuse the platform
Provide fraudulent information
Harm the platform’s integrity
Users may also delete their accounts anytime.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian law.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively by courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
